We are looking for a highly passionate and creative professional who is experienced in designing for web and mobile platforms.
Please note that we are looking for a full time, in-house designer. Freelance remote consultants will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Rapid prototyping of experimental features supported by appealing and user-centered design concepts
- Testing features for usability and making changes where necessary, while taking an iterative, agile approach
- Design well thought-out solutions for usability challenges across different web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering team on concepts and designs
- BS/MS in a HCI related field or at least four years experience working on mobile (iOS and Android) platforms with complex information architecture
- Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, design specifications
- Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
- Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy
- Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS/Javascript
- Ability to relocate and work on-site
- Able and willing to work startup hours
- Plus: Illustration design, iconography and knowledge of messaging apps
